Because the customs have a top tube that slopes about 2 degrees, and the 
Roadinis have a top tube that slopes up 6 degrees (what Riv called the Expanded 
geometry.) It’s a different sizing strategy.

My experience with the expanded versus classic Riv geometry is that my expanded 
frames tend to feel like a classic frame whose seat tube is about 3 cm larger.
