Yeah, I noticed that, too. Not hungry at all really. I guess the fat really fills you up!
Legs were dead today. It was an 11 mile slog home. But still fun. Slow going. Super low cadences. Lotsa coasting at every chance. Legs shot. Thighs Burned at any hard efforts. Wierd.
