electrolytes really help with the heat, and I keep Smart Water in my water 
bottles. 
San Antonio hasn't blocked off downtown blocks and given them to bikes as 
Austin has done, but downtown is quite bike-friendly, and *San Antonio's 
greenway system and The Mission Trail
