J, I have no experience with 23t or that company, but I suspect there is a reason for the bike industry standard of 24, namely safety for a part that magnifies the torque going into the system. Those bolt holes look mightly close to the tooth valleys. I personally wouldn’t be inclined (pun intended) to trust it in the steep climbing scenarios inherant to using it.
