I've had nothing but nightmarish experiences with these rims. Maybe I got
part of a bad batch (I've read there were some that were oversized).

I tried a number of different tires, from supple compasses to stout
schwalbes to good 'ol pasellas. At best it took 20 minutes of muscling and
a few pinch flats to get them on. At worst, they simply wouldn't fit…even
with tubeless tape. No problems mounting any of these tires on Dyads or
OpenPros. And only a little finagling to get them on another tubeless-ready
rim I had laying around (can't remember now what it was).

If you already have them, large wire-bead tires were 'easiest' to get on
for me. But if you're thinking of purchasing the rims, I'd go with Dyads or
OpenPros instead (depending on what width tire you are planning to run).
Just my two cents...
