I have a Joe and test rode the MIT atlantis. The MIT Atlantis actually reminded me of the Sam hillborne with the difference being 650B. I think it is the shorter top tube. Personally I preferred the MIT Atlantis with the shorter top tube and 650B to my current Joe. The Joe will probably go up for sale at some point.
