...all you folks like Josh Imler...who respect the working bicycle and are happy to spend the $$$ to make really artful yet useful machines and support all the good guys out there who make them.
We live in a small town with great access, right out the front door, to beautiful country backroads in all directions...but running errands and such that makes proper use of 'working bikes' just isn't possible thanks to no reasonably safe way to get to *those* kinds of places, i.e. the local merchants. Weird, right? But true. Of course, as we know, life's all about trade-offs. I'd love both but am plenty happy to settle for one. Bravo for building a Grant Petersen 'special' and pulling your Christmas tree home on that beautiful bicycle.
