I'd be game! SPT is within a easy day's biking of SF BART and you can take several interesting routes to get there (trail, Pavement, HWY 1, etc.) with plenty of refueling and breweries along the way. I've got several routes already made up with most ridden, so I know what level of effort they'd require.
No idea when though, unless we want to wing it and not worry about rain...
