I wish I could join you all! I'm a big film photography enthusiast. To your point about color, Philip, CineStill began marketing a purpose-built temperature controller that's based on a sous vide device, the TCS-1000. I've successfully developed color film at home in the kitchen sink by judiciously monitoring the tap water, but this new device, which is about $100 (cheaper than a sous vide device), is pretty brilliant. I was gifted one at Christmas but haven't used it yet.
