Hi Andrew, good to see you on here. 

I've moved out to Utah where there is much Rivendell bliss, but know of a 
couple people that are what you are looking for in Tennessee. Look out for 
Karl Worley, he's the owner of Biscuit Love and also has a couple Riv 
bikes. I have bought a frame from him in the past and would think that he's 
got a few more people to connect you to.

The other is Steele Palombo, who was in Tennessee this past summer but is 
in Utah now, he may be going back. We built up a 650b Lotus last summer for 
him to cruise around on.

If you're ever out this way, give me a holler!
