Shoot, hit send too early. ...feel right should help. Estimate how many centimeters back you think you need, then subtract that from 11cm. I'll bet 8 or 9 would work.
I don't worry about matching tape to saddle cuz all my saddles are black, I just pick a color that contrast well with the frame and is nice to look at while pedaling.
