That is a great price, even though their description misrepresents the front rack. It's not a Mark's Rack. If it was a Mark's Rack, there would be attachment points on the platform for a second set of struts. That's an M18, and the divingboard is sagging, just like anyone would expect it to if you ever put something substantial in the basket.
