It's my understanding that Rivendell is going to choose a final paint scheme, and then you are locked into that color. For instance, it would seem less work for Rivendell's painters if you told Rivendell you wanted the whole bike painted the gray/blue base color, with no panels and no lug lines--and just add the decals and head badge. But Riv doesn't seem willing to do that. Or, another option that would seem to be less work is: no paint, just clear coat. That would be great if you could post some more pictures.
