I am getting a 90's Schwinn High Plains that I am going to be upgrading. I am not sure what handlebars to put on it. It will mainly be used for some short commuting and trails rides. Nothing hardcore at all. I don't want too upright so I am ruling out the Bosco. I am in the realm of the Albatross, Billie or Choco. I also lean a bit toward a Bullmoose or ChocoMoose to maybe keep some of the 90's MTB style. I will probably keep the stock STI Rapid shifters on it until I figure out what thumb shifters I might go to and whether I want to single speed it. So the albatross might not work as well with those? Give me your opinions and thoughts. If anyone has any of those bars that they are looking to unload feel free to hit me up I would be interested.
