I can't say what your dollar to value ratio is, but for me I've got no regrets! I really liked working with Matt and being to pick it up locally. The rack does the trick quite well and unlike my old rack (a JandD extreme) it let me mount fenders without doing anything funky like bending/routing the stays around the rack. It's also got a slick tab on the bottom of the stays for mounting fenders if your fork only has a bottom set of eyelets.
