A 130mm stem sounds long for a wavy bar unless you are on a frame rather small for you or you really like being stretched out. But, if you're looking for that dialed in between the tires semi-to-mostly upright position of bliss that Riv's offer, you may prefer an 8-9 cm stem. That's roughly what my (non-threaded) stem measures on GBW with wavy bars, and it's fantastic, with me spot in the middle of the PBH range.
