I have old Dia Compe 610s installed on braze on posts. The post spacing I have is not the same as the spacing of a backing plate, and the new version may be different anyway, so I could measure but it may not be very relevant to your situation.
You will need different brake return springs for Dia Compe brakes on braze on posts vs backing plates.
