That's an issue specifically with the Neo Retro.  It's not applicable to
the centerpull brakes, as far as I know.  As Jan has pointed out (here?
on the BOB list? can't recall) the location of the bosses for centerpull
is much higher up the fork, just below the fork crown; canti bosses are
much lower down on the fork and consequently have much more leverage.

Brazed-on centerpulls are great.  Too bad Waterford doesn't see that.
