This just in!! Walgreen's (at least that on the NW corner of Southern and Unser in Rio Rancho, NM) has stainless steel, screw-stoppered, look-like-bottle-cage-fit bottles on sale for $3.99. I didn't buy one, as I have several *insulated* ss bottles, but just in case ...
