I could not agree more! Thanks Adam, Alex, Ben, Bob, Brad, Chris, Gerard, Janie, Joe, John, Josh, Kai, Paul, Rachel, Roberta, and our most excellent ride leader, Spencer! Everyone contributed to making it a special day. There was some matter of fact Rivendell bike admiration (and oh, my, the luggage!), but the main focus was a day on the wheel with others who shared an appreciation for the beauty, comfort, and usefulness of these bikes. I was impressed with our skills riding as a group on carriage roads that had plenty of fast downhill turns with loose gravel, and were sprinkled with hikers, bikers, and dogs. Our big group navigated the whole day as if we had been riding together for years. Chapeau. A day to remember.
