Yes--still like butter. I was wondering for how many days would I be experiencing sore sitbones from the new B-17S. That would be 3! That's it?! Ok! Other than that,(and that's not a Riv thing anyway) the bike rides real well. The only other exception being that I suspect something is going on with the pauls in the rear hub that's annoying me. Once that's fixed, I'm golden! As for mileage, I've only ridden from RBWHQ to my folk's house...(3 miles?!) and then around Sacramento for fun (Sac Tweed ride was a good time!) and commuting for two days. So, that's an astounding 30 miles? I look forward to much longer rides and am curious to see if my butt is still smiling. This has been an outstanding bike choice, IMO.
I can see why people have a quiver of Rivendells! So, not a real ride report, but the future is bright.
