I see you are running a 'handlebar bag' on the rack without a
decaleur.  How does that work for you?

I have a couple front bags that I think were built with a decaleur in
mind, but I haven't gotten around to setting them up.  It never
occurred to me to just try using them without a decaleur at all.  I
already have the Nitto Mini front.  Should I just run it and be
happy?  The bags have a leather strap to wrap around the upright loop
of the Nitto Mini.  They also have straps to lash to the platform.
Maybe a decaleur would just be redundant....
