Background: I'm moving to Sacramento at the end of the week and if you don't know, its flat. I want to convert my Clem to a *S*inglespeed *L*evee *E*xplorer *H*illibike (SLEH, pronounced like *sleigh*) to help me explore the riding options in and around the city of trees. I may end up keeping the 2x chainrings up front and running it as a 2x1 (38/24 and 19t rear) to help climb over the occasional highway overpass, but that's the fun of moving to a new city/area and building/modifying a bike to fit the riding there.
