Greetings. I just purchased a 1999-ish All-Rounder frame and am currently pulling together the parts to build it up. I'd appreciate any recommendations on the type of tires I should consider; I'll be riding almost exclusively on pavement (maybe some off-road somewhere down the line), no heavy loads, and am looking for something moderately fast.
