That's an interesting sale. The seller obviously knows the bike isn't a run-of-the-mill old bike with the asking price. But yet, the seller expended no effort to clean up the bike for sale, with dirt on the headtube, and torn handlebar tape (amongst others) as low-hanging fruit.
