In the past, RBW recommended a Shimano XT-M781AX6S as a FD for triples.  It 
is 31.8 and comes with shims for 28.6.  I use it with a Sugino 46-36-24 and 
works fine.  Make sure to get the on which allows bottom cable routing.  It 
may not be current
