I can tell you that my sister with her Swedish/German Anglo build is 5’8” and can ride the 59 Clem L that belongs to her husband who is 6’2” with a Nigerian build. But, he bought her the 52 Clem L for their anniversary, so that she would stop riding his 59 Clem L. There. Solved.
