I ended up using an 80 dirt drop stem. It pulled the bar back enough, but was pretty high. I would like it a couple cm lower, but it was as far down as it would go. Not sure what's going to happen with the Bleriot...technically it's too small at 55, but I have really enjoyed that bike for the last 2 years.
