Interesting, Joe. Looks like most All-rounders did not use the “custom” 
head tube lugs, but at least a few did. 

Wasn’t the Frank Jones Sr advertised as the only production bike to use 
those? How often did this happen? How would one tell an all-rounder apart 
from a custom?
