James, I also have the same pbh and saddle height and long arms. I traded for an older 64 Atlantis (single tt) and thought it was a bit large for the rough stuff I like to ride. Little to no standover clearance. Sold it but did not seek out a 61. Moved to frames with 559 wheels. Steve
