My 61cm bleriot has hetres and VO 52mm zeppelin fenders. The clearance is minimal though I've had no issues. I do have to deflate my tires to get them out of the brakes (sidepulls) as stated above.

If the Pari-motos are even a couple of millimeters smaller, I think I'd go with those instead.
