And I have a used pair collecting dust that I'm looking to offhaul :) I wouldn't say they are the same quality, though, and you'll be hard to find something of the same quality, but cheaper (except for the IRD levers that soma sells, but those are still $100+). Part of the reason the Pauls are so nice is because they have bearings instead of pivots, that alone is hard to find.
