Badges have been done by different artists over the years, I have no idea if there is any way to ID who did what - Grant would know. I've had good luck printing at Walgreens in the past. Bring the file on a thumb drive or set it up on line. The Hi Res full size print is large - it's 300dpi - so plan accordingly.
Heron was a bit of an outlier - yes a different company but a big dose of the DNA of Rivendell at the time was baked in. Later on, SOMA also built bikes that were advised/designed by Grant, but not quite the same thing. Early in the poster series Grant mentioned Heron belonged, but SOMA not so much.
