Ritchey makes a bar end for bars with more sweep--the clamps are angled so that they don't stick outward. I had a set on some 17-degree sweep bars I used to run and they worked pretty well. I don't know how much sweep the Bull Moose bars have but from pics it looks like at least that much.
They are just basic black barends so no aesthetic match for your woodies. I suppose you could cover them in leather or something... They're not Riv-ish but I have a spare set--contact me off list if you'd like to try them.
