Small update. I got my box of four sets of shifters this morning. So now I'm stocked for life. Mike (the seller) thanked me for referring several of you his way. I guess he has a webstore also. The other interesting items he has is ultra wide range 7 speed suntour freewheels. Although I can't say I'm super impressed by the pricing, the fact that he has them and they are new is something.
