Yes, Velo Mine has lots of different sets. At the lower end they're straight gauge DT spokes but that doesn't render them useless. They'll likely need some fine tuning and all that, but they're all great buys for your purpose. I suspect some of their wheels are the same as the other wheels from the likes of Wheel Shop, Wheelmaster and QBP's Value and HD series.
