A Waterford built Rivendell Atlantis will have a distinctive rear frame drop out. I think Henry James rear drop outs. The first Rivendell built there didn't. Grant has drop outs made specifically for the bikes. Looks like they went with the Waterford standard ones on the Atlantis. This is at least what I have noticed when looking at Atlantis frames/bikes out of Waterford.
