Here is a pic of one on Vince’s Clem, from the staff bikes area of the Riv 
site. I think the issue you would run in to is that the down slope of the 
R-10 would impinge on the tire on such a small bike. If you can find one, 
the Nitto R-50 might work better - that is the QR bag holder, but you would 
need to use a saddle with regular unsprung rails, and as vertical as 
possible at the back - a B17 works, but a Cambium doesn’t. I do that 
sometimes with a Slimsucker bag on my 47cm Roadini
