I'm concerned dust and dirt will get clothes/computer inside dirty. I now commute on a gravel trail for 6 miles each way and the whole bike is covered with a fine coat of dust. Granted, I'm not wearing fenders now, and those might help.
Still for clean work clothes and my laptop, I prefer something that fully closes or at least, has much better coverage of the inside like the Saddlebag. Am running the Arkel commuter pannier now as I have the Nitto Big Rear rack on and don't like how the top "handle" of the rack interferes with the Saddlebag. Otherwise, they are very nice. I saw the green prototypes in person. René On 6/9/10, Mike <mjawn...@gmail.com> wrote: > They do look nice. Very tempting.
