Rivendell has them, and they must be at cost, since they're considerably cheaper than I got them (6 years ago) from my LBS.
If I recall, they were $2.50 EACH from the LBS. I had to order a second one when the first one came as a single. These are $1.50... also each. But $3 is a smaller percentage of $37 than $5. 8% vs 13%? http://www.rivbike.com/products/show/sks-fender-secu-clip/27-009 I had them on the rear of the Quickbeam to facilitate gear changes. Now I just have enormous tires and big aluminum fenders and it all works magically somehow. The distance from tire to fender must approximate the distance from axle to dropout lip.
