The Romulus was the bike that hooked me into the Rivendell world.  In 2003 or
'04 I walked into Pegasus Bike shop in Danville, CA and saw this bike.  At the
time I was looking for a replacement for my 1983 Miyata 6-10.  The Romulus was
stunning and perfect.  I went up to Walnut Creek and bought the Atlantis, my
first Riv.  Since then I have purchased a Rambouillet, Quickbeam, Protovelo
650b and now have a Rodeo on order.  Great bikes all.  Still think that Romulus
is awesome.

Subject: [RBW] FS Romulus $1150

Selling my 61cm Romulus, just too many bikes. It's a stock build with
105 hubs, cassette, derailleurs and headset, nitto technomic stem,
noodle bars and crystal fellow, shimano levers and brakes and sugino
triple. The standover is 85 with skinny tires. It's not been ridden
that much probably under 1000 miles. Has one small ding on the chain
stay, I will have pics up in a minute. The paint has a little wear but
overall still looks nice. I would rather have somebody come and get it
in person, so if you are in the bay area and come and get it it's
$1100.
