I have the Axiom Journey on my Clem. I only had to spread the legs a little to get them on the outside of the seat stay bosses, but I like that suggestion to put them on the inside. It's really sturdy, especially on the Clem. I've used it for probably 50 lb. of groceries pretty easily.
