I am well-pleased with the folks at Bike Flights thus far and I feel confident that the issue will be resolved equitably. Bike Flights while not actually the shipper is taking ownership of the missing package situation and is working to find it. It seems that a package that large with identifiable markings will be found, it is just a matter of time. If it is truly lost and not found then I purchased plenty of insurance to cover the value of the bicycle. Doug
