Well, my Hillborne has been set up from the get-go with SKS fenders.
Probably the 50.  Don't remember now.  Tires have mostly been the
Schwalbe Marathon Supreme 40s.  No problems at all with the fit of the
tires under the fenders.  Pretty sure I just used the stock front
mounting but bent the hanger backwards to clear the headset (per a
suggestion in a Rivendell Reader).

For kickstand just using the regular single leg Pletscher.

Did try the Pitlocks on the hubs, but disliked them enough to pull
them off and went back to regular quick releases.  So can't help with
that question.

And pretty sure I built it up with a 107bb.  Although a 111 or 113
will work.  Do believe that was discussed on the list last year when
the first batch of Hillbornes showed up.  Might want to search the
archives for that.
