I tried the medium big bag rack on my 60 cm Sam Hillborne. It cleared the 
wheels, but not by a lot. I tried mounting them with fenders on and that 
was a no go. I suspect it might be fine depending on the frame geo and 
size, but if you have a 60cm Sam, I would avoid it.
