Hiawatha is certainly worth a visit, but i don't think they do rentals. Calhoun Rentals near Uptown, Mpls has them (http://www.calhounrental.com/), as does the Midtown Freewheel bike shop (http://freewheelbike.com/articles/bike-rentals-pg309.htm).
