Nice to hear you're still interested in riding, and hoping your weather cooperates quickly. Roads have been clear for about a week here in Wyoming, and I'm taking my beloved Saluki out this morning!
I'll say that you seem to know what you like and want so, if anybody could get away with one bike, it might be you. Given that the Saluki became the Homer, and that the Sam was introduced as a less expensive, made-in-taiwan/fewer sizes version of the Homer, and that the Bleriot was sort of an off-the-shelf version of the Saluki too for that matter, you certainly have some overlap going on.
