Also worth mentioning that that particular item linked is a wheel that QBP 
(quality bicycle products); (the largest cycling distributor in the 
country) sells to shops. Not machined sidewall, but a nice dull silver.

Any fine local bike shop that has a Q account will be happy to special 
order this for you and if they’re really great they’ll do a final 
tension/true & hub adjustment for no extra charge before handing it over to 
you. Machine assembled wheels typically need some massaging straight from 
the distributor.
