I can't say enough good things about the outershell large basket bag

It can strap to a porteur rack or simply sit in the large Wald basket. They 
have a smaller one for the 137 basket, but for me, it's not big enough. I 
use this bag daily to commute to work with my lunch, often a laptop, 
coffee, a large water bottle, and so on. One thing I like is that you just 
set it down in the basket, attach the two hooks on the flap, and you're 
off. You CAN strap it down into the basket with the straps sewn to the 
bottom of the bag, but I don't find it necessary.
