It took over a month to get around to it, but I finally got around to it. My Charlie H Gallop is now set up as an indexed 1x11. Objective 1 was to get lower gears. Objective 2 was to run a clutch rear der and mitigate chain slap. Objective 3 was/is indexing. The inherited rear wheel has a Dura Ace hub and the front is a SP dynamo. It's much less of a weight-weenie bike now.
